About Us

What's our story? Kevin and I went on our first date on April 1, 2023 - April Fools' Day, but our encounter was definitely not a prank. With 23 years of experience as an Emergency Management Officer, Kevin brings expertise in handling various emergencies. As a master hairstylist and independent salon owner, l've built strong relationships with my clients over 18 years, contributing a distinct entrepreneurial spirit. We both value preparedness, with Kevin being more proactive. A devastating hurricane season in 2024 prompted Kevin to suggest preparing our own emergency food. After a few weeks, we identified a business opportunity in freeze-drying, starting with candy, but soon shifted focus to freeze-dried fruits due to demand for healthier options. This pivot was successful, leading to the introduction of our Glacial Bite Delights cocktail line.

The response has been overwhelmingly positive, and we're excited to offer healthier snack alternatives.
